The HR Business Partner Development Programmme

The HRBP development programme is designed for HR professionals aspiring to become an HR Business Partner, or junior developing HR Business Partners looking to increase their knowledge and skills in the development and implementation of business focused, value-driven HR solutions. In order to gain from, and contribute to this programme fully, you must be in an HR role. Participants generally have HR Management experience and come from a wide range of industries, functional backgrounds and geographic regions.

Why not use the program to kick off a new initiative in your organization, or to address new leadership challenges in the execution of a new or changing strategy? Develop a common approach and language, and increase the impact by sending several executives to the same program – either simultaneously or over time.

The trend in recent years has been a move towards a decentralization of the HR role out into local business and organization units, exemplified by the role of HR Business Partners (HRBPs). In theory, the HRBP brings HR expertise closer to what is required and can therefore tailor service and advice to local business requirements

Director Albert Mandizvidza Masters in Leading Innovation and Change (York), with over 12 years of solid business consultancy and advisory across Africa in Media, HR, SHEQ, Investments, SME Advisory & Innovation.
